Welcome to Cabuya Wellness LLC, doing business as Cabuya Yoga ("we", "us", or "our").

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of https://www.cabuya.yoga (the "Site").

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site.


1. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

  • inaccuracies or errors

If the Site allows submitting comments, forms, or messages ("User Content"), you agree that:

By joining our waitlist, you consent to receive email updates from us about our opening, schedule, and pricing.

If you provide a mobile phone number, you consent to receive text messages from Cabuya Yoga regarding our opening and related updates. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for assistance. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Joining the waitlist does not reserve a class, guarantee membership availability, or create any obligation on either party.

13. Studio Services

These Terms govern use of the Site only. Participation in classes, memberships, and other studio services is subject to separate terms, policies, and a signed liability waiver, which will be provided at registration.
